Considering the number of manufacturing jobs Indiana has lost in recent
years I feel it is important that we do everything possible to improve

rebuild our manufacturing sector. Honestly, the only proven and lasting
solutions are found through lean incentives. However, the misconception of
business leaders that lean processes are achieved through continued

sector we serve, and that is not the case. In fact, we have been equally

After all, it would be a bit hypocritical to suggest lean

value stream while providing clients "what" they need, "when" they need it,
and at a price they are "willing to pay". It is interesting how this
philosophy proves valuable in all industries.
We do not measure our success by the size of our bank
account. We measure our success based strictly on your level of success. We
offer our services because we love what we do. I began this consulting and
training venture in order to help others. Upon completing my 4-year degree I
could have easily gone back into industry and would most likely do quite
well for myself. The downside of that path would have been that I would be
helping one and only one organization. This is why I pursued advanced
degrees and entered the field of consulting and training. Plain and simply,
I wanted to use my knowledge, research, and experience to help others. The
hours are long. The work is very challenging. Then again, there is no
greater reward than contributing to the success of others.
