Leonard Consulting & Training is backed by decades of industry experience and education. The founders of the business have a combined 60+ years of leadership experience in industry as well as advanced degrees from Purdue University. Additionally, our post-secondary level teaching has proven to be truly invaluable. In fact, Brian Leonard was recently hired to teach "Leadership Strategies for Lean Enterprise" at Purdue University.

We firmly believe that effective consulting requires a solid background in industry and education. It requires both an understanding of the theory as well as application. To be a part of our consulting and training team one must have no less than 15 years of leadership or engineering experience, and no less than a Masters degree.
