Link Exchange Temporarily Closed

Due to literally hundreds of spam submissions daily through our link exchange program our link exchange is temporarily closed! We are now investigating nearly 180 spammers. We are sending subpoenas to their Internet Service Providers and filing formal charges against them. Once we have completed the process of identifying and prosecuting them we will reopen our link exchange program. Prosecuting them now requires less time than does sorting through hundreds of spam submissions daily. With the proper computer science techs it is possible to identify the physical location of spammers and to identify their ISP. We hope others will follow suit and put these brainless criminals in jail.
