Training places a great deal of emphasis on
protecting your information. Confidentiality is 100% guaranteed. We
take this issue very seriously and would like to offer a few valuable
recommendations:

Regardless of which
consulting firm you select, require them
to sign a statement of confidentiality. We are willing to sign a
confidentiality statement and also remind each client to
provide one. This simply shows good faith and integrity.

Be cautious with your
internal records. The majority of fraud
cases in the workplace are the result of employee theft of
sensitive information.

Do extensive background
checks on associates that have
access to sensitive business and employee information.

If you outsource your
data back-up services use extreme
caution. We advise against outsourcing this service. Data can
instead be backed up and stored off-site under lock and key.
Outsourcing this service can in fact make your organization
and your employees vulnerable.

Require your associates
to sign a statement of confidentiality
and address the issue during employee orientation.
